Dog of Man / Ham Legion / Crystal Piss

Dog of Man bring the sound of the filth stricken basement, fizzing electric accordion and angular guitar together in a glorious cacophony of bitcrushed, ambient and melodic acid-punk that will leave your jaw hanging beside your pasty white ankles. https://dogofman.bandcamp.com/

Ham Legion play a collision of beaming up beat power pop, with grinding grungy outbursts, dramatic changes of mood, tonnes of vocals, sudden passages of twistingly epic prog then moments of restrained delivery and somber reflection. https://ham-legion.bandcamp.com

Crystal Piss: Local band playing garage punk. Piss to the wall, fuck em all! https://crystalpiss.bandcamp.com/releases

Hemming Tong: Bromley contingent reject plays garage punk/punk rock/post punk/new wave on vinyl!

Green Lung, Cavalli, Etc. & Wychhound live @ DIY Space For London

El Diablo Promotions presents:

Green Lung
Green Lung combine crushing heaviness with soaring hooks, summoning up the proto-metal spectres of Black Sabbath and Pentagram, the psychedelic heft of heavy prog and the anthemic gloom of Danzig and Type O Negative; all the while dragging those influences into the 21st Century and sculpting them into a sound that is entirely their own.
Hailing from South London and made up of vocalist Tom Templar, guitarist Scott Masson, bassist Andrew Cave and drummer Matt Wiseman, the band released their debut EP, Free the Witch, in February 2018.

Cavalli
Cavalli are the very essence of horses, in fact Cavalli means horses, in every sense of the word ‘means’. Galloping playfully like a cubed, wild stallion, Cavalli are a hugantic rock made of solid blood. The sign at the gate reads Beware- Cavalli.

Etc.
Music as heavy as fuck, as made by Edu (Cavalli) Tom (First) and Colm (Lamo).

Wychhound
Wychhound are a genre defying band. A band you cant cage or define. There are no walls or rules here… Wychhound draw on each others influences to create their unique blend of heavy melodic riff-laden tunes, that will take you on an unforgettable journey… With their debut self-titled EP, sonically captured by Jaime Gomez Arellano (Cathedral, Electric Wizard, Ghost) in tow, Wychhound are here.

The Facemelter: Zolle (Italy), Memory Of Elephants, Black Shape

Chaos Theory presents a night of incredible mathy punky jazzy noisey goodness in the August edition of their monthly night, brought to your ears from the recesses of Italy, Bristol and London

—————
Zolle

A manic, hard rock, math punk duo who create pristinely jarring beauty using copper drums and an aluminium guitar, and have just released their third album ‘Infesta’, recorded by Giulio Ragno Favero (Zu, Il Teatro degli Orrori, OvO, MoRkObOt, One Dimensional Man).

Sharing members with MoRkObOt, they’ve played alongside legends such as Obake, Zeus, Luminous Bodies, Casual Nun, Khünnt and Silent Front.

—————
Memory Of Elephants

A trio from Bristol who are insanely brilliant at making technically perfect math rock sound like noise and making noise rock sound like progressive perfection.

They absolutely killed it at The Facemelter last year and we can not wait to have them back!

—————
Black Shape

An awesome noise duo who have already kicked ass at The Windmill in Brixton. Born in the swamp three years ago, they’ve been trying to wade their way out ever since.

They’re recording a new EP with Wayne Adams at Bear Bites Horse Studio and will be launching it at The Facemelter!

Expect more scuzzy, sludgey noisey riffs.
